After dispatch
One an item has been dispatched cancellations are no longer accepted.In such cases our Return Policy will apply

Auction Cancellations
Winning bids constitute a binding purchase commitment.Auction cancellations will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Golden M Era Auction House 

Refunds on Cancelled Orders 
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original patment method or as store credit ,in accordance with our refund Policy
