Refunds are available in the following circumstances:

-The item received is significantly different from its description.

-The item was damaged in transit.

-The order was cancelled within the 14 day cancellation window before dispatch.

-The items falls under our full money back guarantee(all rare and error coins).

-Store credit-at the customers choice.
